Our skilled delivery team will transport all of your belongings to the desired room as soon as they arrive at your residence. Our two-man delivery service is free for larger and heavier items and will be selected for you automatically during the checkout process. All of our products are carefully inspected for quality before we dispatch them. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, we are happy to exchange the product or parts. Please contact us immediately with any product issues that you may have so that we can resolve them for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the Buyer returns any Goods for any reason then the Buyer is obliged to pay the cost of returning the Goods to the Seller. All returned Goods must be completed disassembled and correctly placed in all original packaging. The Seller may require photographic evidence of the satisfactory condition of the item being returned. This requirement will be exercised at the Seller's discretion. Evidence will either be provided via accepted printed media or by the submission of electronic files to support@relaxobeds.co.uk.
Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped whilst you try it and until you are sure you want to keep it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Nice sofa, looks good and great amount of storage under it. Comes whole so no need to assemble, but it also makes it a bit awkward to move around. It's fairly easy to open and close. It is comfortable to sit or lay on for a while but after some time it becomes a bit uncomfortable as the cushioning isn't very thick and it becomes quite hard.
After umming and ahhing for a few months I decided to take the plunge and get this sofa and I'm so glad that I did. As the other reviewers point out it is quite firm, however not so much to make it uncomfortable to sit on even for prolonged periods. Sleeping on it is also pretty good, with the same cushioning used for the seating, and I had a good night's sleep. If it feels a bit too firm for you then a mattress topper should fix that. However if you can't sleep on anything firmer than a goose's bosom then maybe this sofa isn't for you.
For a budget sofa it seems to be well made with all parts moving solidly and with ease and it can convert to a bed in 15-20 seconds (30 if you're a slowcoach). And the fabric quality feels good and is comfortable on the skin.
The dimensions and design is excellent if you're working with tight spaces. It's compactly made with nice armrests are just wide enough to comfortably support your arms yet don't waste space on unnecessary overhangs. The seating area is quite deep and will need some cushions for proper back support. And although it's billed as a 2-seater, it can comfortably accommodate 3 slim people who don’t mind a little contact. When opened it's a good 30cms shorter than many other sofa beds which is achieved by incorporating the back rest into the mattress. With very ample storage under the seating, which is again not common in most other sofa beds, and the Relaxo is starting to beat its competitors on all counts. Finally add to that the very agreeable price tag and you could well be looking at a win-win-win-win situation.
The only thing I can't verify is its longevity as I've only had it for a couple of weeks. However on first glance everything about appears well constructed and durable. It's possible that the seating area could sag over time, so I would recommend not sitting in the same spot repeatedly. Switch it up a bit to help evenly distribute cushion compression.
I admit I was put off by the budget nature of this sofa, and Relaxo isn't exactly a well-known brand. However in the cost/benefit analysis and for me this sofa definitely comes out on top. I'm very happy with my purchase and if you relate to my idiosyncrasies, then you may well be too.
I was a bit nervous about buying a sofa bed online, but I needn't have been.
Placed the order, and was contacted via email by the company to confirm the delivery date. A day or so before delivery, was contacted again via text message to confirm the time it was due to arrive. I'd recommend messaging the seller before you purchase, so you can find out what days of the week they deliver to your postcode. They got back to me within a day with any queries I had.
Two guys delivered the sofa, who made it look far too easy and were very friendly! We have a bit of an awkward hallway/entrance, plus the doorway of the room it was due to go in was narrow (58cm wide), but they got it in without a fuss and with no damage!
They demonstrated how the sofa worked once it was in, and asked for me to check for any damages before signing for the delivery. From the van pulling up, to the guys leaving, it can't have been more than 20 minutes!
As for the sofa itself, I'm very pleased with it. The reviews describing it as "rock hard" to sit on are unfair, I feel - sure, it's firm, but with a cushion or two (which you'd surely add anyway?) it's more than acceptable. Having now had it in situ for a while, it does soften up and the seat is nice and deep. Perfectly comfortable! The fabric alsonseems to be pretty hard wearing - the dog had a jump about on it when it was pulled out, and there were no marks/tears or any other damage from their claws.
There's plenty of storage space underneath; easily enough room for a duvet/pillows/covers etc. We've not had anyone sleep on it yet, but like other reviews I'd probably invest in a mattress topper if your guest doesn't like a firm sleeping area! Just to confirm also, the three seater sofa bed is king size.
All in all, I would really recommend! Fair price, delivered to a room of your choice and within a week. Can't go wrong 👍
