A skilled two-man courier service completes the delivery for heavy items. The estimated delivery dates for each item will be listed on the product page, although they do vary. A member of our staff will get in touch with you after an order has been placed to set up a suitable delivery day. You will receive a three-hour window of time the evening before delivery, between 07:00 and 19:00, when the courier company anticipates being with you the following day. When our couriers are 30-60 minutes away on a given day, we always ask that you call us. Our skilled delivery team will transport all of your belongings to the desired room as soon as they arrive at your residence. Our two-man delivery service is free for larger and heavier items and will be selected for you automatically during the checkout process. If you need the free two-person delivery service for items that aren't included, you can upgrade to it at the checkout for a small fee. Excel Wood Return policy:

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality before we dispatch them. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, we are happy to exchange the product or parts. Please contact us immediately with any product issues that you may have so that we can resolve them for you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the Buyer returns any Goods for any reason then the Buyer is obliged to pay the cost of returning the Goods to the Seller. All returned Goods must be completed disassembled and correctly placed in all original packaging. The Seller may require photographic evidence of the satisfactory condition of the item being returned. This requirement will be exercised at the Seller's discretion. Evidence will either be provided via accepted printed media or by the submission of electronic files to sales@excelwood.co.uk.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped whilst you try it and until you are sure you want to keep it.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@excelwood.co.uk. Please note that returns will NOT need to be sent to any address found on this website. We will send you the return address directly into your inbox by email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
